I have had to change the date of my Town Hall meeting scheduled for Feb. 20th. It will now be on SAT. FEB. 13th, from 10 am to noon in the Sleepy Hollow Elementary School cafeteria. The date change has made it possible for Senators Dick Saslaw and David Marsden to join me.

Today's NoVa Delegation hearing took place at the Fairfax County Government Center. Many thanks to all who came and shared their priorities.

I thank the voters and volunteers who together have allowed me to continue to serve as Delegate from the 38th District. I look forward to working with you in the 2016 and 2017 General Assembly sessions. Representing you in the House of Delegates is an honor and a privilege.

Yet the Speaker and Majority Leader of the House of Delegates are leading an effort to un-seat her.

Join Secretary of the Commonwealth Levar Stoney for a progress report on Restoration of Rights and to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Voting Rights Act.

Governor McAuliffe has restored more peoples' voting rights in 18 months than any governor has in four years. The Route 1 Corridor in Fairfax and Prince William Counties has a high concentration of people who are eligible for restoration. It is important to spread awareness about the restoration process.
